So I've been taking these omega-3 softgels for a week now, and I swear I've had the most insane dreams. Like, I'm talking full-on movie plots, waking up feeling like I just lived a whole other life. Is this a thing? Anyone else experience this? It's not bad, just... weird.

Haha, that's wild! I haven't had that, but I did notice my pee is like neon yellow when I take B-complex softgels. Thought I was dying at first, but apparently it's just the riboflavin. Maybe your softgels have something that messes with your brain chemistry? I'd check the label.

Vivid dreams? Could be the vitamin B6! I'm vegan so I take a B12 softgel and I sometimes get super vivid dreams too. It's harmless, but if it bothers you, maybe try taking it earlier in the day. Also, just a reminder to check for gelatin in your softgels—if you care about that stuff. Mine are plant-based!

I've heard of that! Some softgels have a high dose of vitamin D and that can affect your sleep and dreams. Maybe try splitting the dose or taking it with food? Also, I keep my softgels in the fridge, seems to make them less... intense? Not sure if that's a thing but it works for me. Let us know if it goes away!
