Am I the only one worried about sugar in these 'healthy' gummies?

Just got my first jar of Super Green Gummies, and I'm pleasantly surprised by the taste. But reading the label... 3g of sugar per gummy? That's like candy! I'm all for convenience, but I feel like we're just eating sugar with a bit of green stuff in it. Anyone else feel this way?

Totally agree with you AlphaAdam. It's such a rip-off. I started taking these because I wanted to get more veggies in my diet, but at this rate, I might as well eat a salad and skip the sugar. Also, as a vegan, I appreciate the plant-based ingredients, but the sugar is unnecessary. There are better ways to make them taste good, like using stevia or monk fruit.

Haha, you guys are like the candy police. But seriously, I've been making my own green gummies at home for months. You just need some spinach powder, a bit of agar, and you can control the sweetness. I use a little honey and it's perfect. Plus, you know exactly what's in it. No hidden sugars or mystery blends. DIY is the way to go!

Interesting point Xenon, but honey isn't vegan. But I get your idea. I've done homemade gummies with fruit juice and pectin. Still, I think the market should offer low-sugar options. Convenience shouldn't mean compromising our health. We should demand better from these companies.

I might try making my own, Xenon. Got any recipe suggestions? I'm a bit of a lazy nomad, but I like the idea of customizing. Also, Mindful, I respect the activist in you. Maybe we should start a petition for sugar-free versions. Who's with me?
